HubSpot data processor disclosure

We use HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc., 25 First Street, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA) as our CRM and marketing automation platform. HubSpot processes data on our behalf as a sub-processor.

Specifically, HubSpot is used for:

  • Website tracking — HubSpot's tracking script (hs-script-loader) is loaded on all pages of our website. It sets cookies to track visitor behavior, page views, and identify returning visitors.
  • Contact forms & newsletter sign-up — Form submissions (e.g., newsletter sign-up, contact requests) are stored directly in HubSpot CRM. Submitted data includes name, email, and any fields you fill in.
  • Email marketing — If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored in HubSpot and used to send product updates. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

HubSpot operates primarily in the United States and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, ensuring GDPR-compliant data transfers. Our HubSpot portal is hosted in the EU (region: eu1), which means your data is stored in European data centers.
